Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest and broadest

engineering aspirants. The branch applies the principles of engineering,

Mechanical Engineering includes design, manufacture,

The Department of Mechanical Engineering having UG program
with an intake of 120 students is having state of the art, highly sophisticated
laboratories to meet the needs of students in fulfilling their academic
requirements as per university syllabus. The department also supports through
its laboratories students in their project works. The Department of Mechanical
Engineering is a recognized R & D. The Department has two PG Programs,
offering M.Tech in Computer Integrated manufacturing. Highly experienced and
qualified Professors of the Department motivate the staff and students to
pursue higher studies and work towards their Doctorate.
The core strength of the department is in the field of
FEM(Finite Element Modeling), Composites, condition Monitoring, solar energy,

Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has an extensive campus
