COMEDK stands for Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. They conduct a common entrance test which facilitates the determination of merit for UG and PG courses offered by the medical, engineering and dental courses.

COMEDK to conduct a 'Common Admission Test' UGET-PGET, that
would facilitate determination of merit for admissions to Undergraduate and
postgraduate courses offered by Medical, Dental and Engineering Colleges run by
its members. The merit list will be used to select and admit candidates through
centralised single window counselling for admissions to COMEDK member
institutions for the academic year.
