GGSIPU CET Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must have passed the Class XII exam or other equivalent exam and must have secured a minimum aggregate of 55% in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. The candidate must have passed in all the subjects separately and must have passed in the subject of English separately in order to be eligible as per Eligibility Criteria of IPU CET 2013.
- According to the Eligibility Criteria the candidate must be in a good physical and mental health and free from any defect that could affect his/her studies.
- The candidate should not be older than 21 years by the month of October 2013 for as per the requirements of Eligibility Criteria of IPU CET 2013.
- The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in very exceptional cases only of the merit of the candidate satisfy the Admission Officer.
- The candidates of the reserved category will have a relaxation of 5% marks as per the norms of Eligibility Criteria of IPU CET 2013 whether any category has reservation of seats or not.
GGSIPU CET Test Pattern
- The IPU CET test paper will contain 150 objective-type questions in all. Each question will be provided with four alternative answers. Out of these, only one correct or most appropriate answer should be selected and marked on the OMR answer sheet.
- Each question shall carry four marks.
- There will be negative marking for incorrect answers. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- The GGSIPU Test will be of two and a half hours duration and will carry 600 marks.
- The medium of the tests will be English only.
- Candidates should bring a black ball point pen to the Examination Hall for writing/marking responses (darkening the ovals) on OMR answer sheet. Use of pencil is not allowed.
- No requests for re-checking, re-evaluation, reassessment or scrutiny of OMR answer sheet will be entertained.
- For those who are unable to appear in the test on the scheduled date for any reason, retest will not be held by the University under any circumstances. No refund of fee is permissible.
GGSIPU CET 2013 Application Form
The Application Form of GGSIPU CET 2013 will be submitted ONLINE on the official website of GGSIPU CET. The GGSIPU CET 2013 Application Submission Procedure and the payment of fee will be completed ONLINE only. The fee for Application is Rs. 1000/- and for postage and handling is Rs. 100/-. The last date for completing the GGSIPU CET 2013 Application Submission is 9th April 2013. Options to make payments ONLINE are as given below.- Credit Card of any Bank can be used.
- ITZ Cash Card as being used for buying ONLINE Rail Tickets.
- Net Banking payment facility for CitiBank, ICICI and HDFC Bank Customers.
- By cash to Axis Bank after obtaining cash deposit slip from on line system.
Filling the form as per the given instructions.
- The candidates must go through all the instructions given in the brochure prior filling the form.
- The form is to be filled legibly in candidate’s own handwriting and in Block Letters of English Language only.
- Any form with incomplete information will be rejected.
- All the form filled data is to be filled in Black Ball Point Pen and all the darkening work should be done by Pencil.
- Any request for any change in the filled in information at any stage of GGSIPU CET 2013 Application Submission Procedure will not be entertained.
