Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh is one of the oldest universities in the Asian Continent and also in India. AMU is the most respected Universities of India situated in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India that offers all the courses for both the Indian and Non-Indian students.
The Aligarh Muslim University has released the notifications for AMU Engineering Entrance Exam 2013 for admission in various undergraduate engineering courses. The candidates have to apply online for the exam by logging onto the official AMU website : http://www.amucontrollerexams.com/app_forms.html or by Clicking Here. The last date to apply for the exam is 11th of March, 2013.
Class XII or other qualifying exam recognized by the university cleared with at least a minimum aggregate of 50% in Mathematics, English, Chemistry and Physics.
Or
The candidate must have a Diploma in Engineering from AMU with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
For B.Arch
The candidate must have had passed the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of AMU or any other equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Mathematics, English, Chemistry and Physics.
Or
The candidate must have had a diploma from AMU with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
For BE (Evening)
The candidate must have a Diploma in Engineering in a relevant branch or must have cleared an exam recognized by the university with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
The candidates can thus fill the Application Form of AMU 2013 online as per the given instructions. The candidates can also save the copy of their online filled form which will be saved as a .pdf file in the accounts, they have generated while filling the Application Form of AMU 2013 .
To view or download this saved copy, they will have to login to their accounts and then access it. The Fee for form is Rs. 500/- which has to be submitted via a DD drawn in name of the Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh which must be payable at Aligarh only OR the candidates can pay the fee in cash at the Office of Finance Officer and get the Cash Receipt, both of which are to be sent along with the filled form of AMU 2013 at the following address till 11th of March, 2013:

The candidates who have submitted their completely filled application forms can check their AMUEEE 2013 Application Form Status after a few days by visiting the following link: http://174.122.124.250/htdyna/.
This official portal of AMU has been specially created for the AMUEEE 2013 Application Form Status Check. The candidates have to just visit the link and enter some personal details they have used while filling the form to check their application status. The portal will then show the result for the AMUEEE 2013 Application Form Status of the candidate that whether the application has been received at the University or not.
In case the candidate’s AMUEEE 2013 Application Form Status is not as what expected by him/her, he/she can contact the University regarding it. After checking their application status, the candidate can rest assured that their applications have been delivered at the university and the application process has been complete.

AMUEEE 2013 Eligibility Criteria
For B.TechClass XII or other qualifying exam recognized by the university cleared with at least a minimum aggregate of 50% in Mathematics, English, Chemistry and Physics.
Or
The candidate must have a Diploma in Engineering from AMU with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
For B.Arch

AMUEEE 2013 Question Pattern
- The exam will have 150 questions of objective type with one mark each.
- There will be a negative marking for every wrongly answered question, 1/4 of credit of that question will be deducted.
- The duration of exam is 3 hours.
AMUEEE 2013 Seats Reservation
Muslim students will have a reservation of 50% under Reservation of Seats. There is no other reservation for admission in various courses in AMU. Out of all the engineering seats in AMUEE 2013, there will be 50% of Seats are resreved for the Muslim Candidates. Rest seats in AMU will be open for every candidate.How to Apply ?
