Admission process
Undergraduate:
Affiliated to (VTU). Admission is open to students who have passed any one of the following:
10+2 examination of PU / CBSE. with English as a subject of study.
B.Sc. with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry / Computer Science.
3 year Diploma. Minimum of 50% percent marks in the final examination.
Any other equivalent examination approved by the VTU
Admission to the Institute will be made according to directives of AICTE and Karnataka Government as applicable to each academic year.
Postgraduate:
MASTER’S Degree Admission is open to all candidates who have passed B.E. / B.Tech examinations (in relevant field) of VTU or any other University recognised by this University or any other examinations recognised by this University as equivalent with not less than 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST) of the marks in the aggregate in the examinations of the semester considered for the declaration of class.
The selection is based on the performance in the qualifying examination, written test and personal interview. Preference will be given to candidates qualified in GATE.
