BMSIT Engineering Eligibility 2013

  1. The candidate shall have passed the second year Pre University or XII standard or equivalent examinations held preceding the entrance test with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects:- Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, Electronics and has secured not less than forty five (45%) percent of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the language for admission to Engineering & Technology courses.
  2. Provided further that the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility shall be forty percent (40%) of aggregate in optional subjects in case of candidates belonging to the SC, ST and OBC specified in the relevant Government order for the purpose of reservation in respect of Engineering and Technology courses.
    Note: The relaxation in academic eligibility is extended only to Karnataka candidates belonging to the SC, ST and OBC.
The following documents should be submitted at the time of admission.
  1. Copy of S.S.L.C / S.S.C (10th) Marks Card.
  2. Copy of P U C (10+2) Marks Card.
  3. Copy of Transfer Certificate.
  4. Copy of Physical fitness Certificate issued by an MBBS Doctor.
  5. Copy of Migration Certificate for Non-Karnataka Students.
  6. Caste Income along with Sindhuthwa Pramana Patra in respect of Karnataka Candidates only.
